A converting double bed settee sits in the lounge, along with a flat screen TV with Freeview HD and BBC iPlayer, and an integrated stereo speaker system.
The kitchen has a kettle, fridge/freezer, combi microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker, with a gas-run cooker included at no extra charge.
Includes a shower, central heating and washing machine, along with an inside toilet, ensuite to the master bedroom, and a separate outside W.C.

Coosewartha hosts a six berth holiday caravan situated in Mount Hawke, Cornwall. The caravan is run by Leila Polglase, and formerly by her late husband Brian, on a small holding, being a family run concern for a west country friendly touch.
Coosewartha is a Cornish name, and the true Cornish to English translation is 'house in the woods'. The woods have long since passed, but the small holding is still surrounded by beautiful countryside with easy access to both well-known locations and hidden secrets that Cornwall has to offer.
Situated in a central location to many popular towns such as Newquay, Falmouth and Truro, as well as to many beaches and attractions, Coosewartha hosts the caravan as a single site with space to park a car and access to a spacious garden.

A quarter deposit is required on booking, payable by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer.
The caravan will be ready for occupation by 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
The caravan must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
We've just come back from a lovely stay here! The hosts are very warm and welcoming, making sure we were shown around and had everything we needed when we arrived late in the evening. A brilliant location and base for visiting our favourite places - Porthtowan is only a 20-30mins walk away. Well equipped kitchen so we were able to cook what we needed to, toasty warm bedding, everything we needed really. Hope to visit again soon!

Brian and Leila are the perfect hosts! We had a lovely warm welcome. They were on hand if you needed them for anything but otherwise left us to our own devices. The holiday home overlooks lovely green fields and is in a quiet village. Although the village is quiet, it has 2 convenience stores and a pub/restaurant. It is easy to explore Cornwall from too. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Five Star apartment (it doesn't feel like a static home); great, quiet location; near to amazing beaches and coastal walks. Brian and Leila were very welcoming and friendly and made the stay even better. We will be coming back!

Great little place and very friendly owners. Fabulous beach two minutes drive away. Shops close and restaurant in walking distance but must be booked ahead. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The caravan is in a village and it was easy to find. It felt very comfortable, central heating, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Most places to visit took us from half hour to an hour drive from the caravan so it is a good location to explore Cornwall from. We had a chance to chat to Brian and Leila every day if there were any questions. I can only recommend their place.
Brian and Leila's place was very well equipped, they gave a warm and friendly welcome (cup of tea and scones were very nice), lovely flowers in the caravan. Great location for exploring the area. Comfy bed and lounge, very warm, good internet and useful information pack. Will be back to stay again in the future. Thank you.
